St Barnabas Nursery Partnership
St Pauls Community Development Trust has continued to support the success of St Barnabas Nursery many times over the past few years.
The unfortunate closure of their Children’s Centre and Creche at the Braithwaite Road site situated in Sparkbrook meant that there was a lot of equipment that had been unused since lockdown in 2020.
Rather than this equipment be wasted or thrown away, David Cusack CEO of St Pauls Community Development Trust very kindly offered St Barnabas Nursery to go and pick as much equipment as we wanted, luckily it was equipment we needed to replace like bikes, musical equipment, dolls and a whole range of resources as well as acquire a new selection of toys.
These toys will support the early learning of the youngest children of Balsall Heath through providing a varied means to learn through and support staff to scaffold what the children already know.
